The Winnipeg River Heritage Museum’s Second Annual Golf Tournament was held at the Pine Falls Golf Course on August 21.
The scope of the fund raiser was scaled back somewhat as a result of COVID-19. First of all, organizers had to change the date from the originally planned May Long Weekend. The entry fee was lowered to $75 from $125 last year and a luncheon was served, rather than a full dinner.
While the tournament fell short of the $20,000 it raised last year, the $9,136.73 Museum Director, Diane Dubé said she was pleased with the results considering the challenges of the pandemic.
Prizes (see below) were handed out by WRHM board member, Bev Dubé.
