There’s plenty to do this Canada Day

Winnipeg pop-stars, Panicland will be headlining a Canada Day concert at Albert Beach.

There is no shortage of options for people wanting to celebrate Canada Day in the region. We have highlighted three cool options for you to choose from…

Grand Marais’ Canada Day celebrations include a pancake breakfast, followed by kids activities, prize giveaways, face painting, bounce-a-roos, and vendor and craft tables. Then at around 11pm, head over to Grand Beach for Fireworks.

Then just up the highway on Albert Beach Road there is live music starting at 7:00pm featuring Emily Green, the Bellowtones, Atrane and Winnipeg pop stars, Panicland headlining. Fireworks follows the music at 11:45

But of course, the big show in the region for Canada Day is always the Lac du Bonnet Canada Day Celebrations.

As usual, there will be a pancake breakfast, a parade, a slo-pitch tournament, a talent show, Wondershows midway, a show and shine, helicopter rides, beer gardens, live entertainment and last (but certainly not least), their famous fireworks display at the town docks at dusk.
